These terms and conditions set out the rules for the registration and purchase of tickets for LEAP (“the Event”) and the terms and conditions for the attendance at the above-mentioned event. eJobs reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.
Definitions:
Agreement: means the agreement between You and eJobs or You and Targul de Cariere regarding the purchasing of a ticket and/or the registration for LEAP, including these Terms and Conditions.
Ticket: the document that serves as an admission ticket for LEAP, including electronic tickets, if the case may be.

eJobs: is the co- organizer of the LEAP, Romanian registered company, headquartered in Bucharest, 9-9A Dimitrie Pompeiu Avenue, 2nd district.
Targul de Cariere: is the co- organizer of the LEAP, Romanian registered company, headquartered in ?imleu Silvaniei, 4, 1 Decembrie 1918 St.
You: means every legal entity or natural person that enters into an agreement with eJobs or Targul de Cariere by purchasing a Ticket and/or registration for LEAP.
Terms and Conditions
a. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall only apply when agreed in writing between You and eJobs or You and Targul de Cariere. The applicability of any of your purchasing or other general terms and conditions is expressly rejected, unless agreed otherwise by eJobs and Targul de Cariere in writing. By purchasing a Ticket or registering for the Event You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
b. eJobs and Targul de Cariere has provided You with these Terms and Conditions before concluding the Agreement. The Terms and Conditions can be consulted via the Website: leap.ro/termeni-si-conditii.
c. Declaration of Consent I hereby give my consent for eJobs and Targul de Cariere to collect, process and use my personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase of my ticket and for any other use to which I have consented, including the importation of contact information for which I have provided my explicit prior consent.
d. Conclusion of Agreement By clicking the button “Order Confirmation” and introducing a Payment method option, you will complete the Ticket Purchasing Process on the Website. Therefore, you conclude an agreement with eJobs and Targul de Cariere for the purchase of a Ticket. Therefore, it is necessary that You have filled in all necessary fields on the order form and have accepted these Terms and Conditions. You hereby give your consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from you in the course of purchasing and for registering for tickets sold by eJobs, via its agreed ticketing partner, Eventbook or any other ticketing platform, used for this purpose solely. If the data entered on the order form is not correct or eJobs and Targul de Cariere has doubt about the validity or correctness of the data, eJobs and Targul de Cariere may contact You with the help of the data entered by You. If eJobs and Targul de Cariere cannot reach You and thus cannot verify the data, eJobs and Targul de Cariere may cancel the reservation. You further give your permission for your user account details to be stored. You acknowledge that You may provide eJobs and Targul de Cariere a reasonable timeframe to remove your details at any time that you no longer wish them to be stored. You acknowledge and accept that your data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and the Annex 1 to Data Protection Policy: Privacy Statement and will be retained and stored for this purpose. Should you wish your data to be removed You must request eJobs and/or Targul de Cariere to do so in writing. Requests will be processed within a maximum 30-day period. Requests can be emailed to [email protected], addressed to: eJobs GROUP S.R.L., Bucharest, 9-9A Dimitrie Pompeiu Avenue, 2nd district or addressed to: Targul de Cariere S.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, 16, Brutarilor str.
e. Tickets policy You cannot resell a ticket. This includes all types of tickets or VIP invitation that may grant access to the event, in part or in full. Doing so will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not gain entry into the event. All tickets must be assigned to an attendee, and all attendee details must be 100% complete within 30 days of receipt of your ticket, but no later than 5 days prior to the event dates. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes name, job title, company name e-mail address and phone number. Ticket reassignment after this date is prohibited. If You have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, You are not eligible for a refund.
f. Delivery Policy Once a successful purchase transaction has been completed, tickets are delivered in electronic soft copy via email to the email address nominated by the purchaser. The ticket acts as a receipt for the transaction and can be used to redeem entry at the event listed on the ticket. Please note that the confirmation e-mail can be in your spam or maybe blocked by a spam filter You use. You must pay the registration fee prior to the start of the Event at the venue. eJobs and Targul de Cariere can ask for on the spot online payment in case the value of the access has not been paid before the date of the event. There are no sales at the door of the venue. When You register a Ticket and choose the ‘order by bank transfer’ option, you’ll be obliged to pay the invoice within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date, but no later than five (5) days prior to the Event. You are advised to save the confirmation e-mail carefully and if You have not received the confirmation e-mail within 24 (twenty-four) hours to contact eJobs and Targul de Cariere, via E-mail: [email protected], Facebook messenger: m.me/www.leap.ro/
g. Refund and Cancellation Policy All purchases of tickets for conferences and events are non-refundable in their entirety after the 30day cooling off period. Any Refund Processed is subject to the corresponding transaction fee (according to bank official fees/ taxes/charges). Your ticket remains the property of eJobs and Targul de Cariere and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused at any time upon a refund of the printed registration price. The tickets purchased are for your own personal use or that of your business only and may not be resold under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition, unless such mechanism has been approved by eJobs and Targul de Cariere or is part of an agreed and signed partnership with eJobs and Targul de Cariere. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect. eJobs and Targul de Cariere will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment at events and conferences is prohibited. You consent to film and sound recording as attendees at any event or conference.
You bare the risk of loss, theft, misappropriation or damage of the Ticket after eJobs and Targul de Cariere has sent the confirmation e-mail with the Ticket. EJobs and Targul de Cariere will not be liable for the granting of any visas that are required to attend any event or conference. Invitations to serve this purpose may be issued upon request (email [email protected]) but shall not feature any official seal/ stamp/ affidavit from the corresponding authorities. Name changes will be facilitated free of charge. No name changes will be facilitated 5 working days prior to the commencement of the event and the ticket price will be forfeited. For questions about registration or assistance with any registration problems, please contact us at email [email protected] eJobs and Targul de Cariere is not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an Event. In the case of an unexpected incident or force majeure, eJobs and Targul de Cariere reserves the right to make changes to the date and time for all parts of the Event at least one (1) week prior to the Event. In the case of rescheduling of the Event, You may return your Ticket(s) before a deadline set by eJobs and Targul de Cariere, however, preferably immediately after the announcement of the new Event date. After the deadline has expired, eJobs and Targul de Cariere will not be obligated to reimburse any registration fees. eJobs and Targul de Cariere reserves the right to make changes to the Events at a date less than one week before the Event if there is a justified reason to do so, such as unexpected problem with the venue, or if a speaker is prevented from participating. Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of eJobs and Targul de Cariere may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, eJobs and Targul de Cariere reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary, without any liability to You whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the LEAP Website as soon as possible. eJobs and Targul de Cariere maintains a Code of Conduct applicable to all attendees of an Event, including You.
h. Code of Conduct. Harassment or bullying in any form have no place at our events. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form and we expect all participants to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference, without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers. At our Events you’re encouraged to debate, have discussions and to build upon each other’s insights, knowledge, and experience. But don’t make things personal – it’s not relevant to a healthy discourse. All forms of harassment or bullying are unacceptable at our Events or any of our side events, including offensive verbal comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, intrusive photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, or unwelcome sexual attention. Harassment includes verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. Exhibitors in the expo hall, sponsor or vendor booths, or similar activities are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing / uniforms / costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants that are asked to stop any bad behaviour are expected to do so immediately. If a fair warning doesn’t help, violation of this code will lead to expulsion from the event without a refund. This goes for everyone at the conference, including participants, speakers, organizers, and partners.
i. Age Limit If You are under the age of 18 You are not allowed to visit the Event venue before, during or after an Event, unless permission is provided by eJobs and Targul de Cariere under the conditions set by eJobs and Targul de Cariere.
j. Intellectual Property The possession of a Ticket or admission to an Event does not grant You permission to use any intellectual property, including logo, website, trademark or any other proprietary right of eJobs and Targul de Cariere or any third party, such as other guests or speakers at an Event.
k. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES The Agreement between You, eJobs and/or Targul de Cariere, these Terms and Conditions, the Data Protection Policy and the Annex 1 to Data Protection Policy: Privacy Statement are exclusively governed by the Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions or the Data Protection Policy and the Annex 1 to Data Protection Policy: Privacy Statement will be submitted to the competent Romanian Courts.
