De vineri pana duminica echipa LEAP a fost prezenta la Targul Educatiei, unde a stat de vorba cu multi viitori Andrei, dar si cu profesori de facultate si liceu. Am dat sfaturi, doar suntem niste oameni care au anii studentiei deja in spate. Si am lansat un chestionar voluntar – adica de bunavoie si voiebuna – al carui raspuns este unul universal personal. Nu l-am copiat din Cosmopolitan, parol!

Ne-am amintit ca noi, pe vremea cand eram liceu, nu prea aveam habar ce anume vrem sa facem peste.. hai sa zicem 15 ani. Insa de un lucru eram siguri: vroiam sa incercam cat mai multe lucruri. Si sa descoperim. Ce ne place si la ce anume ne pricepem. Cum sa ne vedem ideile realizate, cum sa lucram in echipa, cum sa ducem un proiect la capat, pas cu pas. Cu incredere, sustinerea celorlalti si responsabilitate. Tocmai de aceea ne-am si implicat in activitati de educatie non-formala. Pentru a ne bucura implicat si serios de anii studentiei. Tocmai de aceea am si facut Ghidul de angajabilitate – deoarece credem ca sunt mai multi ca noi.

From Friday to Sunday LEAP was present at the University of Bucharest Educational Fair where we had the chance to talk to many “Andrei’s”s, but also with highschool and university teachers. We offered some advice – as grown-ups who are so past the student stage We also launched a volunteer questionnaire – a jolly one – whose sole response is an universal particular one. And we didn’t snatch it from Cosmopolitan either – take our word for it!

We remembered that when we were in high-school we also didn’t have a clue about our future plans for the next, let’s say, 15 years. Yet we were sure about one thing only – that we were eager to try many different things. And to discover. To find what we were good at. And what we enjoyed doing. How to make our ideas come true, how to work in a team, how to make a project into reality, step by step. With confidence, responsibility and the help of others. That’s the reason why we got involved in nonformal educational practices. In order to enjoy our student years with seriousness and responsibility. That is the reason why we came up with the Employability Guide – because we think there are many of us out there.
